Good morning September 4th! My babies started pre-school this morning, there's a routine to my day, the beach bag is packed away, Starbucks has the pumpkin-spice latte out and I need to figure out what to wear (let's face it, in the summer, I wear short-shorts, tanks, flip-flops and gloss)...what to do...hmmm...it's a good thing one of my besties Sheaffer started a fabulous new fashion blog called Pinterest Told Me To.
Here's the deal...we all see the clothing items on Pinterest of what we should be wearing...how we should be styling ourselves...well, Sheaffer went out and actually started doing what Pinterest told her to do. She takes the inspirations from Pinterest clothing photos and adjusts them to real life...from her real closet...full of real, non-luxury brand clothes. It's a fabulous idea and even more fabulous blog. Plus...she's going to feature other things that Pinterest tells her to do (like crafts, DIY and food). She's even going to have some guest bloggers (hint, hint).
Let's stop just pinning things and actually start putting things into practice. You're going to love Sheaffer. Love her. She's hysterical, honest, blunt, not a fashionista (she's a speech therapist and mommy in real life)...she's just a normal girl turning her own closet into a real life Pinterest board. Pinterest told her so...now, I'm telling you to check her out.
